Overview
A sentient robot named Adam Link is accused of murdering his creator and becomes the subject of an unprecedented legal hearing.
ASFR Content
Testimony establishes that Adam learned through trial and error after activation and that some apparently violent incidents resulted from a machine learning how much strength to use. Although Dr. Link's death was accidental, Adam is found guilty and faces dismantling. Outside the courthouse he saves a child from an oncoming vehicle and is smashed into scrap metal.
