Overview
Scientists complete a superhuman android designed by the missing Dr. Emil Vaslovik, but much of the original programming has been accidentally erased. When the surviving portion of Vaslovik's program activates the machine, the android names himself Questor and begins searching for his creator and the hidden purpose embedded in his code.
ASFR Content
Questor begins as a completed artificial body with a featureless exterior. After activating alone in the laboratory, he adds cosmetic details to his synthetic surface until he looks like a human man. His incomplete programming drives the search for Vaslovik, while a built-in nuclear generator is programmed to overload if the mission is not completed. After being shot, Questor returns to the laboratory for partial repair. The ending reveals that Vaslovik is also an android.
