Overview
On Tara the Doctor is pressed into repairing a damaged android duplicate of Prince Reynart while Romana is mistaken for another artificial duplicate.

The Doctor is shown a faceless humanoid machine intended to stand in for Prince Reynart. He repairs and checks the android, later referring to its imperfect micro-circuitry and weak power packs. Once functioning, the machine is visually indistinguishable from the Prince and is used as a political double.

The Doctor agrees to restore the damaged duplicate so it can be used in place of the real Prince.

After the repair, the Doctor reports that the machine is functional but that its micro-circuitry remains imperfect and its power packs need a boost.
