Whats coming for October

The Community Gallery is nearing the end of its beta test phase; a few bugs have already popped up, which have been fixed. Once it's out of beta, the rework of the home page will start, just a basic reorganisation and some tidying up of how the thumbnails are displayed.

The ASFR Master List will be the single biggest time hog for this month. Already at over 150 titles, the master list which you can see here https://asfr.net/media/ will become the defacto listing of all malebot, fembot, robot and Super Computer appearances in movies, cartoons, shorts, music videos and TV shows. Right now it's going through phase 1, where the titles and basic info are put in. Phase 2, which will probably start around the end of this month, going into November, is when the heavy work of screenshots and IMDb tie-ins takes place.

Also, at the same time, I have been working in Google Search Console to get the entirety of the site hooked into a sitemap for easier search crawling.

All in all, it's been a busy few weeks!

I agree. This site is turning into the place I was hoping FC was gonna evolve into. Kinda lost me once Robotman left the building. Barb is doing yeoman's work. I made a small donation to the cause when I signed up because having run a site halfassedly for a few years, it is a ton of work. I'm guessing Barb is a lot more technically proficient than I am as well so that probably makes things a bit easier but I found it quite intrusive on my time, not to mention the expense.
