Overview
Eric Phillips and reporter Connie are framed by lifelike CyberTracker duplicates created to imitate them and assassinate political targets.

A Connie duplicate assassinates the governor while a separate Tracker is built in Eric's exact likeness. CyberTracker 9 later assists the protagonists. The real Connie ultimately destroys her artificial double after Tracker 9 is dismantled during the confrontation.
