Overview
Detective Hammond and his state-of-the-art android partner Andy enter a quarantined Los Angeles district to recover Helen Jacobs. The mission reveals that several people who believe themselves human are operating through artificial bodies.
ASFR Content
Andy is an openly artificial police android, while Helen and Hammond provide the larger body-identity twist. Both are human consciousnesses operating Telepresence android bodies while their biological bodies remain on life support. Helen initially does not know she is artificial. Hammond resists remote control, both bodies face shutdown when life support is disconnected, and Hammond's neural pattern is later installed in a fully autonomous android.
