Overview
Replicant blade runner K discovers evidence that a replicant once gave birth, threatening the established boundary between manufactured people and humans. His search connects him to Deckard, the missing Rachael and Wallace Corporation replicants including the ruthless Luv.
ASFR Content
The sequel expands the artificial-person themes of Blade Runner. K and Luv are Nexus-9 replicants designed for obedience, while Joi is a software-based artificial companion projected as a human woman. K undergoes regular baseline diagnostics to verify his programmed emotional stability. Wallace later creates a physical duplicate of Rachael to manipulate Deckard, and Luv destroys Joi's portable emitter, abruptly terminating her local instance.
