Overview

Five years after pianist Gaily Morton dies following the acquittal of the men responsible for her assault, her robotics-expert brother Albert reconstructs her as a powerful cyborg and programmes her to hunt down the men involved.

ASFR Content

Steel and Lace presents Gaily as a human-derived cyborg reconstruction rather than a newly built android. Her human appearance conceals extensive cybernetic construction and lethal mechanical capabilities. The revenge plot repeatedly contrasts the appearance of the original woman with the programmed machine Albert has created from her.
