Overview

Collector Kivas Fajo secretly kidnaps Data and fakes the android's destruction so he can display him as the crown jewel of a private collection.

ASFR Content

Data is electrically disabled through a disguised acknowledgement pad before being scanned for the precise proportions of his artificial materials. Fajo uses those readings to seed Data's component elements into the exploding shuttle wreckage, convincing the Enterprise that the android was destroyed. Data later uses deliberate non-responsiveness as passive resistance while Fajo treats him as an object.
