I will simply state this. I once told a pornstar that I liked using her images to draw her as a fembot and she freaked out until I assured her it was for personal use.

I can't see myself using AI to generate content, but in terms of ASFR, AI generated stuff just kinda seems fitting.

Speaking of photoshop and AI, it looks like someone has reverse engineered photoshop (and the entire adobe suite!) and made it open source.

I saw that, and it's not too good to be true!

I've had
adobe photoshop on my website since 2010.
Seriously though, AI is being used to decompile and reverse engineer all kinds of stuff in a legitimate clean-room way. I think it's exciting.

I get the "AI is bad for artists" argument. (One) of my other hobbies is D&D/RPGs and I would not support AI there for anything but DM brainstorming (I don't even do that but a good friend does). But for niche porn? That is perhaps the ideal, perfect, most legitimate ever use. I'd say that mainly because here, you don't fake version of a mainstream thing (like fake influencers on instagram) but a thing that simply wouldn't exist if wasn't for video generators.

I remember being one of the voices trying to defend some of the AI content in Fembot Central. That was quickly shut down by some of the more... zealous, members of that space.
I stand by what I said then. There's nothing inherently wrong with using AI to create niche content for this space, long as its appropriately used. What does this mean? Well, I can understand for example when an AI is trained to mimic a certain artist's style (which is distinct) to make more similar artwork, yeah. For example, Yaruku, a very particular style artist had some people on Pixiv train AI and copy his style without him knowing, and that's gotta suck.
But for the most part of the AI content I've seen on Fembots are not of that nature, and what's more, its allowed a lot of the community to make more content and share it. Hell, Fection's latest video is all AI generated, and honestly? It was pretty good. But if you see the discord or even the comments on the video itself you'll see a lot of moaning about "how could you do this", or disappointment, or something like that. Its ridiculous.
AI is fine, so long as you don't use it maliciously.

I'd say it's fine as long as you don't try to make money by copying another artist's style. I still value something created by a person more than something created with AI, but I won't criticize someone just for using it.

The zealotry and outright refusal to even listen to arguments from AI supporters finally pushed me out. It's my intention that this place ultimately replaces their Forum, Wiki, and their fascist-run Discord that populated by nothing more than Anime fans now, there's hardly been any decent ASFR content on that Discord for months.
